Dalal not allow in DTO Nongpoh but most welcome in DTO Shillong

In the viral notice that has been sent by the DTO office, Nongpoh has clearly stated that they are not allowing the group of people to act like agents of the office, which is locally known as Dalal. They printed a Notice that stated:

While in Shillong, we can see that the DTO encourages these people to act as agents, and the Driving licence is no longer needed to be Practically tested to determine the eligibility of the person to have the licence.

People are not being forced to apply for the licence themselves in the office, but Dalal is doing everything for them with an amount of money that is not according to their rating as mentioned by the office.

The notice that was noticed by the DTO Nongpoh is stuck in the Office only and has been written like this: "Dalal is not allowed to Enter the office."
