People are Confuse of Congress Party in Meghalaya

The Indian National Congress Party in Meghalaya makes people confused in Meghalaya as soon as they align with the NPP party to form the new EC in the Khasi Hill Autonomous District Council after the collapse of the UDP and loss by majority.

 
The confusion of the people seems to make it difficult to say that Congress will work together with the NPP on any Political platform, as we all know that the Congress party is the opposition in the Assembly as well as the leader of the opposition, Bah Ronnie V Lyngdoh.
 
The same bah Lyngdoh is the MDC from Mylliem, and he is with the NPP in the Council along with his colleague bah Marngar, who has persistently opposed the Government and the leading Party of the NPP. If he is right in the Assembly, then why is he with the NPP in the District Council?
 
We usually understand that the District Council is autonomous, but Congress should act according to the mandate of the people. However, people react a lot and seem to lose faith in this Political party.
