It's easy to get a driving licence in Meghalaya without a driving test or physical test, which were very important factors in order to qualify for having such a licence.

In Meghalaya, fewer people know about the rules and regulations of their respective vehicles while moving on roads and entering them. People are not aware of anything written on the sign board along the roadside.

Driving licence in Meghalaya is somehow just giving money to some Dalals for what they call it, and they will do everything for you no matter what if you have neither a leg nor a hand. Just because you have money, you can have everything in Meghalaya.
